CONSENT FOR DATA PROCESSING AND TRANSFER OF IMAGE RIGHTS

In compliance with the provisions of Organic Law 1/1982, of May 5, on civil protection of the right to honor, personal and family privacy and self-image, and by virtue of the provisions of European Regulation 2016/679 General Data Protection, and / or, where appropriate, Law 3/2018 on Data Protection, Neolith DistributionS.L.U. (the “Company“), with address in Madrid, Av. Rosales, 42, 28021, as responsible for the data processing, requests your consent for the processing of your personal data and use of the image that has been captured about you in events of the Company for promotional, commercial or marketing purposes, including but not limited to the publication in internal and external media of the Company, such as corporate websites, press, magazines, public organization charts, contact directories, social networks, etc. The transfer of image rights will last for one year from the date on which the image was captured and will be free of charge.

Your personal data and image will not be transferred to any third party, except to those suppliers and external consultants with respect to whom their intervention is necessary for the correct capture and, where appropriate, subsequent publication of your image.

We inform you that the legal basis for processing your personal data lies in the consent you give us in this document. Your data will be kept confidential for a period not exceeding one year from when they are no longer necessary for the purposes indicated above, or until the moment you withdraw your consent. You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time, as well as to oppose the treatment, limit it, access, rectify, delete the data and exercise your right to portability, by written request addressed to the Legal Department of the Company to the email address lopd@neolith.esor to our postal address Madrid, Av. Rosales, 42,  28021. The request to exercise any of your rights must be accompanied by a copy of an official document that identifies you (ID, driver’s license or passport). Finally, we inform you that you can contact the Spanish Agency for Data Protection and other competent public bodies for any claim arising from the processing of your personal data.
