Neolith® Group dumps 0 industrial waste into the public water system as its production and spray dryer water circuits are closed. This has been achieved with adequate management of the water collected from the production and spray drying plants.
With respect to production, the water from the glazing, polishing and cleaning lines is carried to the water treatment plant. Once purified, it is re-used in the cutting line and the waste is periodically collected by an authorized management company.
As concerns the spray drying area, wastewater is collected in the cleaning water basin before being sent through the purification process. Once the water is purified, it is stored in an expansion tank to be re-used at the spray drying plant. The waste collected during purification is stored in a silo for re-use in the spray drying process.
Therefore, Neolith® Group re-uses all of its water in the production process as well as the spray drying process.
