CONSENT FOR DATA PROCESSING AND ASSIGNMENT OF IMAGE RIGHTS
Pursuant to the provisions of Spanish Organic Law 1/1982, of 5 May, on civil protection for
rights of honor, personal and family intimacy and one’s own image, and in virtue of the
provisions of European Regulation 2016/679, General Data Protection, and/or, as appropriate,
Spanish Law 3/2018 on Data Protection, Neolith Distribution, S.L.U. (the “Company”) with a
main place of business of Av. Rosales, 42, 28021 Madrid, as the data controller, hereby
requests your consent to process your personal data and use the image of your person
captured at Company events for promotional, commercial or marketing purposes. These
purposes may include but are not limited to publication in internal and external Company
media such as corporate websites, the press, magazines, public organization charts, contact
directories, social media, etc. The image rights are understood as assigned for free throughout
the assignor’s relationship with the Company and for one year thereafter, which may be
automatically extended for annual periods unless consent is revoked by the assignor.
Your personal data and image will not be assigned to any third party except external suppliers
and consultants when their intervention is necessary for proper capture and, as applicable, the
later publication of your image.
You are hereby informed that the legal basis for processing your personal data is the consent
you grant in this document. Your data will be kept confidential for a period not to exceed one
year from the time they are no longer necessary for the purposes indicated above or until you
withdraw your consent. You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time as well as
object to the processing, restrict such processing, access, rectify, delete the data and exercise
your right of portability by writing to the Company’s Legal Department at the email address
lopd@neolith.es or to our mailing address in Madrid at Av. Rosales 42, 28021. Any request to
exercise rights must be accompanied by a copy of an official identification document (national
ID, driver’s license or passport). Finally, you are hereby informed that you may file a claim
relating to the processing of your personal data with the Spanish Data Protection Agency or
other competent public authority.
