Elegant, cool and contemporary as well as classical, Milan is no doubt the Italian design city. So, it\u2019s hardly odd that Hotel Hilton in Milan (in the heart of the downtown Direzionale district) would decide to renovate its interior in an attempt to reflect the Milanese look par excellence.<\/p>\n
Interior designers from the Hickson Design Association (THDP) prescribed Neolith Calacatta Gold in order to create a look that would remind guests of the rooms found in luxury Milan homes.<\/p>\n
THDP found inspiration in Villa Necchi Campiglio, a 1930\u2019s building designed by architect Pietro Portaluppi which stands out due to the sober and rationalist exterior as well as the rich and pleasant interior.
