The Hotel Casamar is a local reference in Llanfranc, Girona. This gastronomic institution, recognized in many places, is a family farm run by its owner Quim Casellas, whose culinary experience has earned the establishment’s restaurant the most coveted award: the Michelin star Su filosof\u00eda consiste en retocar los sabores m\u00e1s queridos y darles un toque diferente y sutil con t\u00e9cnicas y presentaciones de vanguardia. <\/span><\/p>\n

Este equilibrio entre lo cl\u00e1sico y lo contempor\u00e1neo se refleja tambi\u00e9n en el interior, una prolongaci\u00f3n de su filosof\u00eda. A la hora de reformar sus cocinas, Casellas buscaba una superficie con valor tanto est\u00e9tico como funcional. Acudi\u00f3 a la arquitecta Anna Sabri\u00e0, quien supo ver el potencial de Neolith para responder a las necesidades espec\u00edficas de Casellas. <\/span><\/p>\n

Para las paredes y encimeras se eligi\u00f3 Neolith Nieve Silk en 6 mm y 12 mm, un dise\u00f1o elegante y atemporal con garant\u00eda de alto rendimiento. Para los suelos se utiliz\u00f3 Iron Corten en 6 mm, creando un bello contraste con el p\u00e1lido Nieve.<\/span><\/p>\n
